If you’d prefer to use public transportation catch the shuttle bus ATVO to Venice/Piazzale Roma. When you arrive in Piazzale Roma, take the ACTV bus number 6 to Spinea.

The bus journey is about 20 minutes. Get off at the closest bus station see map and walk to the house, about 2 minutes. The house is at the end of the private road. When you arrive at the very end you’ll see a black gate on your right. Ring the intercom for Residenza Bottazzo and we’ll open it for you see map.

From Mestre train station

If you prefer using public transport, go into the station and buy ACTV bus tickets at the newsagent. Take the stairs to the underground tunnel and get out from Marghera exit. Walk toward the main road until you reach your bus stop on your right. You’ll need to take the bus number 6 with direction Spinea. see map.

Highway Exit Marghera

If you’re travelling by car, follow the direction to Venice. Take the motorway exit for Marghera and then exit keeping Marghera direction see map.
From here take Via Trieste until you get to destination see map.
